Final Report
Each affiliate agency has unique final reports; designed to meet each partner’s program evaluation needs. It is, therefore, critical that affiliate team members access and complete the final reports that have been developed for use in their state. PRIME TIME statewide project directors will provide affiliate team members with access to their customized final reports.
Please do not attempt to complete the Louisiana final reports. Click here to learn how to contact your statewide project director.
