National Partner Meeting

The LEH will cost‑share by reserving and paying for one hotel night on behalf of all those who agree to attend the National Partner Meeting. Hotel stays will be booked at the Drury Inn and Suites Hotel for one night (same hotel at which training participants should reserve hotel accommodations). The meeting location is a five‐minute walk from the hotel. A second hotel night can be reserved and paid for by the LEH on behalf of those whose travel plans require a two‑night stay. Please inform the PRIME TIME staff if you require two nights and/or intend to stay for the Training Workshop, as this will impact hotel arrangements. Project Director’s must book their own airfare, and are encouraged to travel to New Orleans no later than the evening of Thursday, (the day before the meeting) and travel home during the evening of Friday, (after the meeting ends). Those who are attending the January Training Workshop should plan to travel home on Sunday. Otherwise, we ask that you do all that is possible to ensure that you select arrival and departure flights which will ensure your presence when the meeting begins and ends.
Hotel check-in time is 3:00 p.m. Checkout time is at 11:00 a.m. Requests for a late checkout (up to 1:00 p.m.) can be made. Please note that incidental charges such as phone calls, movies, gratuity for services, etc. are your responsibility. Please note that there is a short walk (1-2 city blocks) through the New Orleans Central Business District (CBD) between the hotel and the training workshop venue (see walking directions/hotel details). Hotel Cancellation Policy
If your room was paid for in advance by the LEH, you must provide cancellation notice to the staff within 96‐hours/4 days of the check‐in date/time.

As needed (according to agenda times), catered meals, snacks, coffee, and other beverages will be provided during the meeting.
The Drury Inn and Suites offers valet parking at $45.00 per car/per night (tax included).
